摘  要：基于逆向工程的思想提出了一種應用于盤形凸輪廓線的測量及分析系統，并詳細介紹了該系統的設計原理、硬軟件組成及測量數據的處理算法。通過實際測量并對測量數據按設計算法處理后表明，該系統的測量及分析方法正確，效果比較理想。利用所獲得的有效數據在系統中添加后置CAD模塊，建立凸輪的三維CAD實體模型，就可以很方便地進行數控機床加工。   關鍵詞：盤形凸輪；輪廓曲線；測量裝置；逆向工程   中圖分類號：U263.3；TP274+.2        文獻標識碼：A          文章編號：1672-4984（2008）03-0101-03   Design of profile measurement and reverse analysis system for plate cam   FENG Jian， XIE Min， ZHANG Xing-yuan   （Emei Campus，Southwest Jiaotong University，Emei 614202，China）   Abstract： Based on the principle of reverse engineering, the system for measurement and analysis of the profile of plate cam was brought forward. The theories, configuration of the hardware and software and the algorithm for the post processing of the acquired data of the system were also described. The comparison of the measurements and computed results based on the developed theories shows that the measurement and analysis method of this system is correct and the result is reasonable.
