摘  要：儲油罐罐底變形引起的計量誤差，是目前全國從事油品儲存加工企業急需解決的一個問題。以容量比較法為測試驗證方法，采用羅斯蒙特0.1級質量流量計，測試儲油罐罐底基礎沉降與罐底板形成間隙引起的夾層（暗艙）而造成的差量。將測得的差量結果來重新修正容量表，解決了儲油罐因罐底變形造成計量誤差的問題，大大提高了罐容使用的準確度。   關鍵詞：罐底變形；容量比較法；解決差量   中圖分類號：TH814+.6；TB938.3        文獻標識碼：A          文章編號：1672-4984（2008）03-0104-03   Resolve the dispatch amounts caused by bottom deformations of oil storage tank jars with capacity comparison method   TONG Ming-xing1， WANG Tian-shun1， ZHENG He1， YANG Hua2， FU Mo-li2， XIN Xin2， LUO Xi-qing2   （1.The First Measure Station of Country High-capacity，Fushun 113006，China； 2.The Oil Supervisor Bureau of Shenyang Military Region，Shenyang 110013，China）   Abstract： The metrology errors caused by oil storage tank jar bottom deformations were urgent problems need to solve in the oil product storing and processing enterprises throughout the country. The dispatch amount caused by the interlayer （dark cabin） deformation, the gap between the basis settlement of the oil storage tank jar bottom and its bottom board was tested with the capacity comparison method and the Ross Mengte grade-0.1 mass flowmeter.  It solved the metrology errors caused by bottom deformations of oil storage tank jars through calibrating the capacities with the measurement results.
