      1. 基于IEC標準的風力發(fā)電機組聲發(fā)射評估方法

         

        摘  要:研究了基于IEC 61400-11測量標準,確保風力發(fā)電機組聲學噪聲評估過程準確、可重復的聲學測試分析方法,如風速的測量與轉(zhuǎn)換、1/3倍頻程分析的背景噪聲修正、整風速下的聲壓級等;推導了適用于工程實踐的由聲壓級估算聲功率級的計算公式;并詳細分析了基于窄帶譜與心理聲學的音調(diào)及能聽度的計算過程。對基于上述原理所開發(fā)的測量評估系統(tǒng)于2007年7月在新疆達坂城2號風場進行了為期三周的現(xiàn)場驗證性試驗,各模塊的分析精度與頻響范圍均達到IEC標準1級儀器的要求,所有指標的評估結(jié)果均與MEASNET成員單位所做結(jié)論保持一致。

        Acoustic emission assessment of wind turbines based on IEC standard

        Abstract: A novel measurement and analysis methods of noise emission assessments and verifications for the wind turbine generator system, which complies with specification IEC 61400-11, were investigated. Wind speed measurement and conversion, background correction for 1/3 octave analysis, and sound pressure levels at the integer wind speed which was recommended to ensure the consistency and accuracy of this procedure were included. A practical calculation formula for the sound power level measurement of wind turbine was induced from the sound pressure level. The tonality calculation and audibility calculation were analyzed in detail based on narrowband analyses and psychoacoustics. Experiments had been carried out in Xinjiang Dabancheng No.2 Wind Farm during July 2007 in order to validate the performances of the assessment system which was developed according to the above. The analysis precision and power responding range for each module of this system were satisifed with IEC requirements for type 1 instrument. And every assessment result of each indictor was in accord with that given by MEASENT member.
