摘要：針對高速公路上爆胎事故頻繁發(fā)生的現(xiàn)象，設(shè)計(jì)了基于LabVIEW虛擬儀器的輪胎壓力監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)，對系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集、保存、讀取以及測量數(shù)據(jù)的融合和行車速度安全分析等設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說明。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，該系統(tǒng)能夠達(dá)到對輪胎溫度和壓力的準(zhǔn)確測量，當(dāng)胎壓過高或過低及溫度過高時(shí)自動(dòng)報(bào)警，并能夠?qū)π熊囁俣冗M(jìn)行正確的安全分析，以提醒駕駛員用最適當(dāng)?shù)能囁傩惺梗芯勘砻鳎撓到y(tǒng)對防止汽車爆胎的發(fā)生有著實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Design and realization of the tire pressure monitor system

Abstract: To the phenomenon frequently happening in tire burst accident on the expressway, this has introduced the TPMS based on LabVIEW Virtual Instrument and explained the design of data selection, conservation, reading-out, test data fusion and driving speed safety analysis of the system in detail. The system can provide exact measurement of tire temperature and pressure. When the tire pressure is too high or too low or the temperature is too high, it can automatically alarm and give correct driving speed from safety analysis to prevent tire burst accident.
